Nowadays, people wonder how far AI systems can replace human beings.
Being cross trained in multiple disciplines, understanding the whole process can help protect oneself from the sort of ignominious possibility of being replaced by an AI tool.
House cleaners, construction contractors (e.g. electricians, builders, plumbers, masons, roofers, remodelers), chefs, and gardeners seem to be well immune to some sort of AI robot taking over their jobs. A combination of in-depth knowledge applied to a wide array of environments are still more economical for human touch than attempting to design an AI machine to do the same. Life is full of simple but varied and nuanced tasks that need to be done.

I work in an industry that from when I first started 35 years ago, the automated software companies projected they could make my job obsolete. What the industry actually did was off-shore my profession to much less expensive regions of the world than Silicon Valley, but that did not remove the necessity of having skilled, intelligent “custom” designers on staff handle the challenges of an ever changing technological environment.
One area that excels in the area of AI is 24 hours doctor consultations. In other words, when people need to consult with a courteous listener with compassionate and practical responses, a machine that never gets tired and always sounds cheerful is tailor made for an AI engine.

Tool or Idol?
One thing is for certain, we humans gravitate towards those who offer wisdom and sound advise in virtually any arena of thought. The really impactful people have a unique human character that help them resonate with others.
With the advent of “human” type robots, no doubt, they will be endowed with some kind of personality, and that will help soften the edge between man and machine.
Like our bodies, human personality are complex beyond human ability just to comprehend it all. We tend to simplify our understanding of how things work. We’re almost prone to be enigmas even with the simplest behavioral traits.
Yet, another human propensity, whch can easily give rise to worship, is to obsess. It doesn’t take a personal human connection to drive someone to addiction. That is like Pavlov’s dog, all you need is a positive stimulus and a coincidental reward.
In this light, AI machines, offering anything in the realm of predictions to personal fortune in any area of interest are bound to not only be popular, but will take a spiritually weak person or culture and become their object of worship. We can be prone to obsession.
Limitations
The wisdom of AI at best is the sum total of human discernment, knowledge, and experienced and theoretical consequences.
As sophisticated an AI intelligence can be made, it will never exceed the intelligence of God, who is the master of Creation.
AI is not supernatural.

AI could never create something out of nothing, much less life from nothing, and certainly not intelligent life from nothing
AI cannot take upon itself the sin of every human being and impute its righteousness upon us. It is not Holy or righteous nor would it be able to discern true faith in God.
For it is written,
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
And the cleverness of the clever I will set aside.”
20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased, through the foolishness of the message preached, to save those who believe. – 1 Corinthians 1:19-21.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of man; and his number is 666. – Revelation 13:18
No matter what man creates, it can never achieve perfection. While this may be acceptable in man’s eyes, the imperfection allows for corruption to take hold which requires extraordinary vigilance and moral standards to keep in check.
Perfection in the Scriptures is often represented by the number 7. This is one reason why the number of the beast is 666. In every account, any work of man, including what the future may hold for AI, falls short of God’s power and glory.
There are certain realities that AI must always fall into the shadows of, and that it Truth and the wisdom that extended from it. Our deepest needs, even with the amazing future for AI, will only be able to be met by God.
Regarding Wisdom
“God understands its way,
And He knows its place.
24 For He looks to the ends of the earth
And sees everything under the heavens.
25 When He set weight to the wind
And meted out the waters by measure,
26 When He set a limit for the rain
And a course for the thunderbolt,
27 Then He saw it and recounted it;
He established it and also searched it out.
28 So He said to man, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom;
And to turn away from evil is understanding.’” – Job 28:23-28
